VR 4-Digit Counter Display[edit | edit source]
Application Programming[edit | edit source]
Instructions to flash the 4 digit 7 segment counter display board.
Prerequisites[edit | edit source]
- ICD2 Debugger
- ICD2 RJ11 to 6 pin programming cable
- USB B Cable
- 12V Power Supply
- MPLAB IDE version >= v8.63
Programming Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Power up ICD2 debugger and connect the programming cable to the VRCounterDisplay board.
- Connect the 12V power supply to power up the VRCounterDisplay board.
- Open MPLAB IDE and Select File -> ImportOpen file from the following location:
M:\$$-PEOPLE\Adnan\svn\projects\ledcounterdisplay\Output\ledcounterdisplay.hex
- Try and use the COF File as well if the HEX file doesn't boot up the device correctly
- Select Programmer -> ICD2
- Select the Program and Verify button to flash the board
