Board Programming[edit | edit source]

- Flip the board over so the battery holder is visible.

- Connect the programming connector USB cable to the programming header.

- Connect the power Alligator clip to the first terminal of the battery holder.

- Watch for the Red LED on the PCB to light up.

- The PC should automatically start programming the board. Sometimes the software will need to program the firmware of the board... this will be visible in a Programming Firmware bar (~15 - 20 seconds)

LMLoRa-8-ProgrammingFirmware.png

- Once the board has finished programming the settings, the window will *flash* blue, and the PC will play a 'ding' sound over the speaker. At this point the programming has finished.

- It will also be visible in the 'DevEUI List' window, but watching for the flash/ding is enough.

- Once programming has completed, flip the board back over and place a purple dot in the center of the main chip. Do not press hard on the main chip.
